      Q: The assembly instructions indicate C and D to be two different parts (x1 each) but everything else points to them being the same part# RAP-B_200-1U. Are they the same part#?

      A: This instruction sheet is used for a few different products, and some have different sizes of socket arms that could be indicated in the instructions, but for other kits such as this one the two socket arms are indeed the exact same.

      Q: Can this be shortened? Are the end removed to shorten the length are the end glued?

      A:Yes, these components are not pre-glued so you can cut the pipe down to any desirable length before adhering the ends together.

      Q: The product doesn't include a glue to join the parts, what is recommended?

      A:For the PVC connection like the RAP-BB-201-18U, RAM recommends using PVC cement for a permanent connection or wrapping a few loops of electrical tape around the PVC pipe before pressing the pipe sockets into place to form a temporary friction fitting.
