Are drawings available of RAM mounts and components?
While we don’t have a drawing for every mount and component available, many illustrations can be found on the Product Drawings page. You can choose to see a simple drawing or one with dimensions. This page is an extremely valuable resource. While it may not have everything, it is definitely worth the time should you be unsure of your decision.

Do RAM mounts really dampen shock and vibration?
The answer is yes. The patented design utilizes a rubber ball-and-socket construction that greatly reduces the amount of vibration that can be transmitted into electronics. No other mounting system on the market today offers this feature in a more durable, compact, and functional way.
I have lost my hardware. Can I buy hardware?
If there is no hardware pack part number available, the hardware cannot be purchased separately. The entire product would need to be purchased again.

How long does it take to ship orders?
You will be notified when your order is updated with tracking information, which you can check here. Please note that some orders using FedEx, USPS or UPS may take additional time for the tracking number to be active (and show movement) in their system. Online orders labeled “In Stock” will ship within 1 business day. If there’s a "Pre-Order" or a "Notify me" button on the product page, you will be notified about your order’s lead time via email.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How is shipping cost calculated?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your item, the overall size of your boxed item, and your Ship To location. Standard Shipping is Ground service via FedEx, UPS, or First Class USPS. Qualified orders that receive Free Shipping will ship via FedEx Ground UPS Ground or First Class via USPS. Your package may require a Signature for home deliveries and high order value.
Note: Expedited shipping methods represent the amount of transit days once your order ships. Your order may take time to process.

What if I have a broken or defective RAM component?
Contact us right away to submit an RMA to get your item fixed or replaced under your RAM Mounts lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty does not cover any electronic components integrated into the RAM® mounting system. IntelliSkin products have a warranty period of 3 years. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty for such items as suction cups, foam pads, rubber feet, etc.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must request a return within 10 days of delivery. Please email Returns@OCMounts.com to request a return. Please be sure to include your order number or any other identifiers to help us locate your order information. All originally shipped items must be shipped back with your Return. Some items can not be returned if they are installed or show ANY signs of use.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost of your order is nonrefundable. A full refund is issued if the item shipped is incorrect due to error on behalf of OC Mounts and an exchange is not desired.
Can I exchange an item?
If your item is in NEW condition and never installed, you can request an exchange for a different item. There is no restocking fee in this case, but additional shipping may be charged. If your item has been installed or shows signs of use but you'd like to make an exchange, a minimal restocking fee may be applied.
